Jaspreet Bansal

Jaspreet Bansal is a Trust Operations Program Management Supervisor at Airbnb. Jaspreet has also worked as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Essex County Prosecutor's Office and as a Law Clerk for the New Jersey Judiciary. In addition, they have served as a Student Attorney for the Rutgers Urban Legal Clinic.

Bansal began their career as a law clerk, where they conducted legal research, assisted in drafting opinions, and scheduled hearings. Jaspreet also regularly interacted with parties, service providers, and counsel regarding case management and procedural requirements in child abuse and neglect cases. In their role as a student attorney, they wrote memoranda on civil motions and observed oral argument on those motions.

As an assistant prosecutor, Bansal conducted outreach to victims of domestic violence to educate them about the judicial process and provided resources for support. Jaspreet also gathered evidence and evaluated the strength of criminal cases to recommend an appropriate course of action. In addition, they conducted jury trials in criminal cases, interviewed and prepared witnesses for trial, and presented cases to the Grand Jury.

In their current role at Airbnb, Bansal is responsible for managing trust operations and programs. Jaspreet works to ensure that Airbnb meets all compliance requirements and provides a safe and secure experience for its users.
