Jess M.

Jess M. is currently the Director and Global Head of Safety Policy and Escalation Operations at Airbnb, a position held since 2022. They previously held significant roles in global communications, including positions at YouTube where they served as Global Head of Policy and Copyright Communications, and at Google as the Global Head of the Communications Storytelling Lab. Jess has also contributed to various nonprofit organizations and worked as Chief of Staff at Signac. Their earlier experience includes business development and communications at Palantir Technologies, among other roles. Jess's academic background includes research at the London School of Economics during their Marshall Scholarship.
