Kendall Herman

Kendall Herman is an experienced program manager and strategist with a strong background in design operations and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager in Design at Airbnb since May 2022, Kendall previously held the position of Design Operations Manager at Unqork, where responsibilities included enhancing the efficiency of the Product Design and Research team. Prior experience includes Project Manager at ESI Design, focusing on transforming commercial spaces, and roles at Ike Kligerman Barkley that improved collaboration on residential projects. Early career experience encompasses internships in planning and design across various organizations, including the NYC Department of City Planning and Gensler. Kendall holds Bachelor’s degrees in Urban Studies from Barnard College and Columbia University, with concentrations in Architecture and Sociology, and has furthered studies at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
