Matias Sainz is an experienced project manager and specialist in talent engagement with a diverse background in managing projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Specialist on Talent Engagement at Taller Technologies and a Senior Project Manager at PayPal, Matias has previously held positions as Project Manager and Scrum Master at Rappi, leading multiple growth-focused teams.
