Matt Judge

Matt Judge is a highly experienced creative leader with a robust background in marketing design and experience design. Currently serving as Senior Director of Creative at Airbnb, Matt established Marcom within the creative department, overseeing various aspects of marketing design, including brand identity and international expansion. Prior roles include VP of Design and Experience at Sonder Inc., where Matt addressed crisis management during the early COVID-19 pandemic, and President and CCO of Eight Inc., managing over 50 staff and generating significant revenue. Previous experience includes key positions at Apple, where Matt contributed to major product launches and marketing initiatives. Matt is also the founder of Design Assembly, a design blog that garnered over 80,000 unique visitors monthly. Holding a 1st Class BA Hons in Communication Design from Bath Spa University, Matt's career reflects a commitment to innovative design and leadership across various prestigious organizations.
