Matthew González

Matthew González is the Lead Program Manager for Anti-Discrimination & Platform Equity at Airbnb. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Deloitte, where Matthew held roles as Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant. At Leadership for Educational Equity, Matthew was the Director of Program Strategy & Evaluation, overseeing various projects to drive equitable outcomes. As CEO of Palms Consulting, Matthew automated client reporting and invoice systems and trained adults in program evaluation. Matthew also founded the Price Education Network at USC and served as a Fulbright Fellow at the U.S. Department of State. With a background in education and program evaluation, Matthew brings a wealth of experience in driving impact and promoting equity in various organizations.
