Shelley Etzenhouser

Shelley Etzenhouser, CPTD, currently serves as the Lead Talent Development Program Manager at Evergy since September 2025 and as the 2025 Past President of ATD Kansas City. With extensive experience in talent development and instructional design, Shelley previously held the position of Senior Learning & Development Manager at JE Dunn Construction, where responsibilities included needs analysis and content development. Prior roles include Online Training Team Lead at Bible Study Fellowship, Instructional Designer at SkillPath, and Training Development Consultant at IntegraKV. Shelley's career began at Sprint, where contributions spanned from Instructional Designer to Program Manager I. Education was completed at the University of Missouri-Columbia, earning a BA in Speech Communication.
