Molly Stout

Molly Stout currently serves as the Director of Privacy at Airbnb, leading a team focused on privacy policies, regulatory responses, incident management, and employee awareness training since February 2021. Prior to this role, Molly spent nearly nine years at Microsoft, where responsibilities included managing privacy program operations, risk and compliance management, and incident response as Director of Privacy and Project Manager for LCA Regulatory Affairs. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from the University of Washington, earned between 2006 and 2010.
