Rachel Been

Rachel Been is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Sr. Design Director at Airbnb, Rachel previously held the position of Design Director at Google Nest and led the Systems Design team for Material Design. Additional roles included serving as Design Director and Art Director at Billboard, as well as Creative Director and Photo Editor at AOL. Rachel's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from UCLA, completed between 2002 and 2006.
