Sara Marston Baroudi

Sara Marston Baroudi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the technology and media sectors. Currently serving as Interim Deputy General Counsel at Airbnb since April 2019, Sara oversees a team of over 40 legal professionals and supports various critical legal functions. Previously, as Associate General Counsel at Airbnb, Sara led the successful post-acquisition integration of Hotel Tonight and managed a team of over 17 legal experts. Prior roles include General Counsel at both Hotel Tonight and Upside Business Travel, where Sara provided comprehensive legal guidance for tech-focused startups.
