Tessa Ndiaye

Tessa Ndiaye is a skilled design professional with extensive experience in product and experience design. Currently serving as a Staff Experience Designer at Airbnb since September 2024, Tessa previously held the role of VP of Product Design and Head of Product Design at Heetch from December 2020 to September 2024. Tessa's earlier positions include Design Lead at Work & Co, Product Design Director at Red Antler, and Experience Design Director for Products + Services at R/GA. Additionally, Tessa worked as a Project Manager at Richard Attias & Associates and provided voluntary service assisting the country director in Ethiopia with the U.S. President's Emergency Plan For AIDS Relief. Tessa holds a Master’s degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the same institution.
