Vijaya Kaza

Vijaya Kaza, NACD.DC, currently serves as a Certified Board Director at the National Association of Corporate Directors since October 2023 and holds the positions of Chief Security Officer and Head of Engineering for Trust and Safety at Airbnb since August 2019. In these roles, Vijaya leads teams focused on developing machine learning and artificial intelligence models to enhance user integrity and safety while overseeing all aspects of information security. As a member of the CEOX community, which promotes women's leadership, Vijaya has previously served on the board of directors for Knock and as Chief Development Officer at Lookout, where responsibilities included product development and information security. Vijaya's experience also includes significant roles at FireEye, where contributions to cloud strategy were made, and at Cisco, where multiple leadership positions were held, contributing to the growth of the security business. Recognized for excellence in the field, Vijaya has been named one of the "Top Revolutionary Women in Security" in 2019 and "Top Women Leaders in SaaS" in 2018.
