Michael Monico

Michael Monico began their work experience as a Plant Manager at American Turned Products in 1990. Michael held this role until 2004 when they moved on to work as a Plant Manager at LORD Corporation. At LORD Corporation, they managed various aspects of the Erie, PA facility and led a team of 360 union employees. Michael improved the recordable incident rate during their tenure. In 2017, Monico joined American Turned Products again, but this time as the Vice President of Manufacturing. Michael held this position until 2021 when they transitioned to become the Director of Operations at AirBorn Inc.
