Jay Shroff has extensive experience in recruitment and training within the maritime sector. Currently serving as a Deck & Engine Recruiter and Trainer at Airborne Recruiting Pvt. Ltd. since July 2007, Jay is responsible for recruiting personnel for cruise ships. In addition, since June 2004, Jay has held the position of General Manager Operations at Logistic Enterprises, Offshore Division of Parekh Marine Group of Companies, focusing on business development and recruitment for the Deck & Engine Department. Jay holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from St. Xavier's High School.
