Carl Clarke

Carl Clarke has over a decade of experience in aviation maintenance, currently serving as an F-21 KFIR Quality Assurance Analyst and Aircraft Mechanic III at ATAC since June 2009. Clarke holds multiple specialized certifications, including a detachment lead certification and F-21 Kfir quality assurance representative certification, and has contributed to training new personnel and maintaining the currency of all certifications. Prior to ATAC, Clarke worked as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic at Landmark Aviation and HOVA Flight Services, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and providing quality assurance for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various aircraft. Clarke earned an Associate of Science degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Hampton University between 2003 and 2005.
