Erasmo Piñero Jr.

Erasmo Piñero, Jr. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Erasmo is currently serving as the R&D Chief Engineer at ATAC (Airborne Tactical Advantage Company), where they oversee all engineering aspects of the company, ensuring the outstanding performance of fighter aircraft upgrades within the ATAC fleet of adversary jets.

Prior to their current role, Erasmo worked at Bell Flight as a Principal Engineer, serving as the Propulsion Subject Matter Expert on the V-280 Valor tilt-rotor demonstrator flight test program and the Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey Propulsion technical lead. Erasmo was responsible for all aspects related to the propulsion system and represented the propulsion discipline in all flights.

Before joining Bell Flight, Erasmo held the position of Principal Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they served as a Simulation Systems Validation Engineer, responsible for verifying and validating the performance of simulators for the F-35.
