Ana Ibañez Castromonte

Ana Ibañez Castromonte has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ana started their career as an Intern at MAPFRE PERú in December 2011 and later became a Financial Planning Intern at FINANCIERA TFC in May 2012. In Enel Perú, they served as a Financial Analyst, delivering gross margin reporting and participating in the budgeting process. Ana also had a role as an Investor Relations and Capital Markets Professional Intern, where they generated revenues through daily negotiations with banks and automated key treasury processes. From 2015 to 2019, Ana worked at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros, first as a Strategic Planning Analyst and then as a Strategic Planning Senior Analyst. In these positions, they developed financial evaluations and monitored strategic projects. Most recently, Ana joined Greensill as an MBA Summer Associate, contributing to various projects. Currently, they are working at Airborne as a Project Controller and Financial Controller.

Ana Ibañez Castromonte completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos from 2008 to 2012. Ana then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Alliance Manchester Business School, which they completed from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Ana also obtained certain certifications. Ana passed the CFA Level I from the CFA Institute in December 2015 and obtained the FCE - First Certificate in English from Cambridge English Language Assessment in May 2013.
