Rachana Patel

Rachana Patel is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Group Financial Controller at Red Sea Global since September 2025, Rachana previously held the same title at Tullow Oil from October 2010 to September 2025, where Rachana also took on various finance management roles specific to non-operated assets across multiple regions. Prior to Tullow Oil, Rachana was Finance Manager and Chief Accountant at Neptune Petroleum (Uganda) Limited / Tower Resources Plc. Additional roles included Audit Manager at A. H. Thakkar & Sons and Senior Accountant at Equity Accounting Services. Rachana holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Heriot-Watt University, is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and earned First Class Honors in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
