Floris Schalk

Floris Schalk is a highly experienced engineer with a diverse work history. Floris began their career as a Mechanic at Visscher BV in 2000 and later became a Diagnostic Technician at Van Kerkhof & Visscher. In 2008, they completed an internship at the Dutch Gas Turbine Association. In 2011, they worked on a Graduation Project at FOM Institute DIFFER. In 2012, they joined EMCÉ Winches as a Mechanical Engineer and later became a Project Engineer. Floris then worked at Ampyx Power as an Engineer before moving on to their current position as a Mechanical Engineer at Airborne. Floris has a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of success in various roles throughout their career.

Floris Schalk pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, they completed a BEng minor in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven from 2010 to 2011.
