James Mclachlan is a seasoned sales leader currently serving as the Head of Sales at Airborne, a position held since April 2024, where leadership of the global commercial team spans Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, and Interiors. Prior roles at Airborne include Head of Sales for Commercial Aerospace and Business Development Manager, focusing on the Defence and Drone industries. James Mclachlan's experience also includes a tenure as Business Development Lead at ATMOS UAV, where oversight of channel sales was a primary responsibility. Previous positions include Sales Engineer at Bronswerk Heat Transfer, where engagement with Oil & Gas clients took place, and Tour Director for The Travel Corporation, leading extensive tours across Europe, Russia, and New Zealand. A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) with Honors in Mechanical Engineering was obtained from the University of Auckland between 2008 and 2011.
