Industrialisation Project Engineer at Airborne Technology

Leo Batmanovs has a diverse work experience portfolio. Leo started their career at the University of Nottingham Students' Union, where they worked as a Student Assistant and later became a Student Supervisor. In these roles, Leo gained skills in recruitment, customer service, and cash handling. Leo then joined Unitemps as a Student Ambassador, representing the Aerospace department and presenting academic projects to prospective students. Leo then founded their own company called The Black Company, which aimed to change the perception of the color black. Currently, Leo is working as a Membership/Sales Consultant at Orangetheory Fitness and will soon transition to their new role as a Commercial Project Engineer at Airborne.

Leo Batmanovs started their education at the University of Nottingham in 2017, where they pursued a foundation degree in engineering. Leo completed this program in 2018. Leo then continued their education at the University of Nottingham, completing a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering. This degree program lasted from 2018 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Leo Batmanovs obtained various certifications. In June 2017, they received the StartUp Passion Training Bootcamp Certificate of Attendance from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. In the same year, Leo obtained the Deutsches Sprachdiplom Stufe II (DSD C1/B2) from the Netzwerk Deutsche Auslandsschulen, indicating proficiency in the German language. Leo also obtained an IELTS certificate with a score of 6.5 from the British Council in October 2016.
