Brian Renzi

Vice President Operations at AirBoss Defense Group

Brian Renzi has held various roles over the years. Brian started as a Lifeguard at Columbia Country Club in 2006, and went on to serve as the Assistant Manager of Athletic Department from 2009 to 2013. Brian then worked as an Order Engineer at Flowserve Corporation from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they joined AirBoss Defense Group where they worked as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer until 2018. Brian was then promoted to Director of Continuous Improvement until 2020, and later became Director of Operations. In February 2022, they were promoted to Vice President Operations. At AirBoss Defense Group, they implemented lean manufacturing techniques and measures to improve product flow and quality to meet customer demand. At the National Institutes of Health, they worked as an Engineering Technician for a brief period in 2012, where they constructed a web database to improve efficiency.

Brian Renzi holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland. Before that, they received their high school diploma from Gonzaga College High School. Brian has also obtained several certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from ASQ - World Headquarters in May 2019, Lean Practitioner from Flowserve Corporation in 2015, and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt from the University of Maryland in May 2013.
