Global Head Of Customer Success at Airbridge

Hail Shin's work experience began in 2015 as a Marketing Intern for Language Connections. They then worked at Madforit from June 2017 to March 2019 as an Account Manager and Team Lead Manager. In 2020, Shin joined Airbridge as the Global Head of Customer Success and later transitioned to AB180 in February 2023, where they currently hold the position of Global Head of Customer Success.

Hail (Hyeil) Shin received a Bachelor's degree in Online Marketing from Hongik University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include being an Amplitude Certified INSIGHTS EXPERT from Amplitude, which was obtained in June 2020. They are also a HasOffers Qualified User: Ad Network and a TMC Qualified: Attribution Analytics, both obtained from TUNE in May 2018. Furthermore, they hold a certification in Marketing & Advertising from Intrax, acquired in October 2015. Finally, they have a Braze 2021 Marketer Certification from Braze, obtained in March 2021.
