Paul-Hubert Pavard

Paul-Hubert PAVARD has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Paul-Hubert is currently serving as the Head of Transformation Office - Secure Land Communication at Airbus / Secure Land Communications since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at EY from September 2019 to February 2022, where they held the position of Responsable de programme de transformation. In this role, they were responsible for managing transformation programs, defining project portfolios and the associated roadmap, and providing regular reporting to the COMEX and other decision-making bodies.

From April 2010 to April 2019, Paul-Hubert worked at Ernst & Young Consulting, where they focused on long-term growth strategy and business development projects in the retail consumer product industry. Paul-Hubert also gained experience in procurement through a stage at L'Oréal from April 2010 to October 2010.

Paul-Hubert's early career includes roles as Acheteur Junior and member of the sustainable development project at Concorde Hôtels from November 2007 to November 2008, and as Acheteur Junior at Concorde Hôtels & Resort from November 2007 to October 2008.

Paul-Hubert PAVARD has a Mastère degree in Industrial Management, Project, and Supply Chain from CentraleSupélec. Paul-Hubert also holds a Master 2 degree in Purchasing Management and International Negotiation from NEGOCIA - Centre international de formation à la vente et à la négociation commerciale. In addition, they have a Licence 3 degree in Economics and Management from Université de Caen Normandie.
