Michael Willmer is a seasoned aerospace engineer currently serving as the VP and A330/A340 Local Chief Engineer in Germany. They previously held significant roles at Airbus Group from 2012 to 2016, including HO Engineering Support for the A380 production line in Hamburg and MAP Engineering Support Manager. Prior to that, Michael worked at Airbus from 2003 to 2007, where they contributed to various projects including the A400M High-Lift System and served as Technical Lead for the A320 Airspace Cabin. Michael holds a degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, which they completed in 2003.
