Norelen F. has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Head of Airframe Materials and Processes Research and Technology at Airbus since June 2011. Norelen has held various positions at Airbus, including Executive Technical Assistant and Domain Integrator for Airframe Materials, Processes, and Tests, as well as Composite Technology Sub-domain Integrator. Prior to Airbus, Norelen worked as a Materials and Processes Engineer at Alestis Aerospace and as a Consultant at Altran Technologies, focusing on composite materials for aerospace applications. Norelen's career began as a Researcher at INEGI Porto, where development and manufacturing of composite materials were key responsibilities. Norelen holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro.
