Andy McKenna

Andy McKenna has a strong background in engineering, with a focus on mechanical engineering in the aerospace industry. Andy is currently working as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Airbus U.S. Space & Defense, Inc., a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the Naval Research Laboratory for over a decade, starting in November 2010 as a Design Engineer and continuing until December 2021. Before their role as a Design Engineer, Andy McKenna gained practical experience as a Student Co-op at both the Naval Research Laboratory from September 2007 to September 2009 and Quartus Engineering from September 2006 to March 2007.
