Rita Holmes

Rita Holmes, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality compliance and process management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Compliance Process Manager at Airbus US Space & Defense, Inc. since April 2024, Rita previously held roles as a consultant at L3Harris Technologies and as a Principal Data Analyst at Leonardo DRS. Key prior positions include Sr Spec IT Business Analyst at L3Harris Technologies and IT Business Analyst at Harris Corporation. Rita began a career in law enforcement as a former Police Detective with the Budapest Organized Crime Unit.
