Evan Tahler

Evan Tahler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Designer of Digital Media for Red Team Racing, managing public and corporate relations. From 2007 to 2009, Evan worked as a System Designer/Architect at Walt Disney Internet Group, where they designed and developed prototypes and systems for home theater interactivity. Following that, they co-founded and served as Vice President of Technology at Evil Genius Designs, overseeing technical direction and leading a team. From 2010 to 2012, Evan was a Technical Product Manager and Lead Software Engineer at ModCloth, managing roadmaps and features for data warehousing tools and predictive modeling apps. In 2012, they joined TaskRabbit as a Director of Technology, responsible for maintaining the platform. From 2016 to 2019, Evan served as Chief Product Officer at Acubed, growing Voom into an international airline and overseeing digital product development. Evan was the CTO and co-founder of Grouparoo from 2020 to 2022 until it was acquired by Airbyte, where they currently hold the position of Senior Engineering Manager. Throughout their career, Evan has demonstrated expertise in product management, engineering, design, and team management.

Evan Tahler completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, starting their studies in 2002 and graduating in 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Entertainment Technology (MET) degree at the same institution from 2006 to 2008.
