Ana-Maria Chirila

Ana-Maria Chirila has a diverse work experience across various roles and industries. Ana-Maria currently works as the Lead Product Manager at Aircall since September 2020. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder at Asociația G2 from November 2015 to December 2020, where they pioneered political crowd-funding in Romania. Ana-Maria has also worked as a Senior Product Manager at Owkin from September 2019 to August 2020, and at Incenteev from April 2017 to August 2019. Before that, they were a Product Owner at 42reports GmbH in 2015. Ana-Maria has also gained experience as a Client Service Manager and Account Manager in the consumer electronics and photo markets at GfK Retail and Technology from January 2007 to December 2014. Ana-Maria started their career as a Junior Researcher at Mercury Research in 2006. Ana-Maria has expertise in entrepreneurship, business management, OKRs, product management, and customer success.

Ana-Maria Chirila earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) between 2003 and 2007. Ana-Maria then pursued a Master's degree in Sociology at the University of Bucharest between 2007 and 2009. In 2017, they completed a course in User Experience and Interaction Design at The Interaction Design Foundation. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "New Models of Business in Society" from Coursera in 2013.
