Madelyn DePrey is currently serving as the Global VP of Customer Success at Aircall since October 2021, where responsibilities have included overseeing customer success initiatives for both North America and the Asia-Pacific regions. Previous roles include being a Customer Success Fellow at On Deck for a year in 2022 and holding various leadership positions at ALICE, including Vice President of Account Management and Senior Director of Customer Success, from November 2015 to October 2021. Additionally, Madelyn has experience in hospitality management from Archer Hotel New York and has worked in community engagement at YMCA. Madelyn holds a Bachelor's degree from Hamline University and a Fintech certificate from New York University.
