Shyna Stephens is an accomplished professional with significant experience in customer success and management consulting. Currently serving as the VP of Global Customer Success, Enablement, & Product Support at Cutover since December 2018, Shyna previously held positions in customer success and leadership within the same company. Prior roles include Management Consultant at MI-GSO | PCUBED and Consultant at Deloitte, where skills in strategic planning, program management, and process improvement were applied.
