Sandrine Meunier

Sandrine Meunier is the Chief People Officer at Aircall. Sandrine has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various leadership positions in France and internationally.

Meunier started their career as a HR consultant for various companies in France. In 2014, they became the DRH France for Estée Lauder Companies France. In this role, they were in charge of all HR matters for the French subsidiary of the global cosmetics company. After three years in this role, they left to become the Directrice des Richesses Humaines et de la Transformation at Ladurée Paris.

In 2018, Meunier joined Ledger as their Vp People. Ledger is a leader in security and infrastructure solutions for cryptocurrencies and blockchain applications. As Vp People, Meunier was responsible for building all the HR foundations for the company, including their strategy, legal compliance, processes and tools. Sandrine also defined the employer branding, created internal communications and events, and managed change within the company culture.

After a year and a half at Ledger, Meunier left to become the Chief People Officer at Aircall in 2019.

Sandrine Meunier has a MBA in Change management from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE, a DESS in Conduite du changement also from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE, and an IUT in Human Resources from Université de Franche-Comté. Sandrine is also certified in coaching from INTERNATIONAL MOZAIK and TRAJECTIVES.

Sandrine Meunier reports to Michael Haske, CEO. They work with Romain Bichet - Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer, Pablo Gargiulo - Chief Revenue Officer, and Fabien Grob - CIO.
