Doug Winter has a vast and diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Doug is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Aircastle, a position they have held since April 2019. Doug Winter had a long tenure at GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), where they held several significant roles including SVP & Region Manager for the Middle East, Africa & Russia/CIS from October 2008 to November 2010. Prior to joining GE Capital Aviation Services, they worked at McDonnell Douglas - Douglas Aircraft Company in various roles such as Director-Sales, South/Central Europe & Israel from December 1993 to September 1997. Doug also held multiple positions at the same company from 1985 to 1993, including Manager-Contracts, Manager-Product Support, and Sr. Analyst-Product Support.

Doug Winter attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a BS degree in Business.
