Doug Winter

Doug Winter has a vast and diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Doug is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Aircastle, a position they have held since April 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Vice Chairman at Amedeo from July 2018 to April 2019. Before their time at Amedeo, Doug Winter was the CEO of Voyager Aviation from October 2017 to April 2019, and also held the role of President & Chief Commercial Officer from June 2015 to October 2017. Doug had their own advisory firm, Octagon Aviation / DW Advisory Services, where they served as CEO and Principal from June 2013 to June 2015. Before that, they were a Senior Advisor at AWAS, where they also held the position of Head of Sales from December 2010 to March 2013. Doug Winter had a long tenure at GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), where they held several significant roles including SVP & Region Manager for the Middle East, Africa & Russia/CIS from October 2008 to November 2010. Prior to joining GE Capital Aviation Services, they worked at McDonnell Douglas - Douglas Aircraft Company in various roles such as Director-Sales, South/Central Europe & Israel from December 1993 to September 1997. Doug also held multiple positions at the same company from 1985 to 1993, including Manager-Contracts, Manager-Product Support, and Sr. Analyst-Product Support.

Doug Winter attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a BS degree in Business.
