Jessie Parker has worked in the field of customer service and operations since 1999. Jessie began their career at Southwest Airlines as a Customer Service & Operations Agent. In 2002, they joined Salesrep as a Client Account Manager, where they reported to the Director & Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing exceptional sales and service support. In 2008, they moved to AirCharter.com as a Global Operations Manager.
Jessie Parker attended Portland State University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.). From 2001 to 2002, they also attended KEDGE Business School, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business. In 2012, they were awarded the AirCharter.com Sales Executive of the Year certification from AirCharter.com.
