Dr Lucia Fusco

Dr Lucia Fusco is a highly experienced professional in engineering and counselling, currently serving as the Head of Capability and Innovation at Aircraft Research Association Limited since April 2019, where responsibilities include technical strategy delivery and management of research and innovation projects. Previously, Dr Fusco worked at Jaguar Land Rover UK in various roles, culminating as Transmission Shaft & Spline SME, and has contributed to significant engineering projects. Additionally, Dr Fusco volunteers as a counsellor with both the Road Victims Trust and E-Spired School, providing support to those affected by trauma and challenging life situations. Dr Fusco holds a PhD in Engineering from Cranfield University, along with multiple certificates in counselling from The Bedford College Group.
