Christian Nianiaris

Christian advises clients on a range of capital markets transactions, bringing to bear a strong work ethic and problem solving skills which make him an asset to any client team. He enjoys the challenges and complexities of transactional and regulatory matters, and is dedicated to providing exceptional client service.

Christian is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group. His practice includes a wide variety of transactions, such as share issuances and asset/share purchases for public and private companies, as well as general corporate/commercial activities.

Christian joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling with the firm.
