Sacha Nelson

Sacha advises on complex real estate matters as an integral member of the service team, often developing long-lasting relationships with clients in the process. She is committed to delivering exceptional client service, and draws on her strong negotiation skills and attention to detail to achieve favourable outcomes for her clients.

Sacha is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. Her practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition and financing of large-scale commercial properties. She represents a variety of clients, including owners, developers, individual and institutional lenders and commercial real estate investment companies. Sacha also has experience with a range of corporate/commercial matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, business contracts and commercial leases.
