Ryan Young is currently working as an Account Manager at Know Your Guest by Superhog, and as a Customer Success Team Leader at AirDNA. Previously, Ryan has gained experience in customer service and customer support roles at Mercedes-Benz AG, Webhelp, Marks and Spencer, Firstsource, and Convergys. Ryan has also worked in promotions and advertising as a freelance for Serenity Holistic Therapies. Ryan holds a BSc in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Ulster University and an Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production from North West Regional College.
