Mikki Hayes

Mikki Hayes currently serves as the Head of Operations at AirDXB since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mikki held positions as a Commercial Property Consultant at Allsopp & Allsopp Group from February to August 2023, Senior Property Manager at Lee Baron Group from March 2022 to January 2023, and Operations Manager at BNP Paribas Real Estate from June 2015 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Helpdesk Coordinator at Swiss Post Solutions UK from January 2014 to May 2015 and as a Corporate Receptionist at Office Concierge from July 2010 to December 2013. Mikki is pursuing a Higher National Diploma in Fashion Design at Regent Academy, expected to complete in June 2024, and holds educational credentials from Westwood College, covering the years 1998 to 2003.
