Juan Hector Sánchez

Juan Hector Sánchez is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in business unit direction and software license management. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Nub8 since January 2024, Sánchez previously held the role of Business Unit Director for Cisco CX at Nub7/8, where responsibilities included overseeing a multi-million B2B managed-services contract and leading a global team of over 300 staff. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Director at Seven Eighths, managing global license compliance programs for major clients, and holding various positions focused on technical services and research in software licensing. Sánchez holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
