Josh Lax

Josh Lax is an accomplished business professional with a strong background in sales and franchise management. Currently serving as a Franchise Advisory Council Member for Aire-Master of America, Inc. from July 2025, Josh also operates as a Franchise Owner at Aire-Master of North and Central Alabama since December 2023. Previously, Josh held the position of District Sales Manager for Western Canada at Atlas Roofing Corporation from June 2018 to December 2023, after progressing from a Territory Sales Representative role. Earlier experience includes serving as Territory Manager and Field Sales Representative at OMG Roofing Products from June 2016 to June 2018. Josh earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Technology Management from Concordia University between 2012 and 2016.
