Kevin J. Hart

Kevin J. Hart is a highly experienced professional with a background in user experience design. In 2013, they founded and became the CEO of Aireal, an organization dedicated to building better projects through unified expectations and a clearly translated vision. At the same time, they also assumed the role of National User Experience Lead at Sogeti, where they led ideation sessions and designed user experience strategies and user interfaces for mobile and desktop solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Kevin J. has also been a guest lecturer at Mary-Hardin Baylor for UX design and taught a weekly webinar for HP with 800+ employees in attendance. Kevin J.'s methodology focuses on creating habit-forming solutions.

Kevin J. Hart attended the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology and Business Administration. Kevin J. is currently enrolled in Harvard Business School Online, where they are studying Design Thinking & Innovation, with an expected graduation date of 2022.
