Cyril Pierron currently serves as Assistant responsable de la restauration at Airelles since September 2023. Previous experience includes positions as Maître d’hôtel at Hôtels Le Blizzard***** et La Mourra***** from November 2022 to May 2023, and roles at La Réserve Genève - Hotel and Spa, where Cyril was both Superviseur restaurant and Chef de rang from July 2020 to August 2022. Cyril also worked at Cheval Blanc as Assistant maitre d’hôtel in early 2020, and as Chef de rang at Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa from October 2019 to January 2020. Experience at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts spanned from May 2017 to September 2019, encompassing roles as Demi chef de rang and Commis de rang. Cyril began a career in hospitality at La Bastide de Moustiers - DUCASSE Hospitalité as Demi chef de rang in 2015. Educational credentials include a BTS in Gestion / Management from ESH Lille (2014-2016) and a Baccalauréat in Hôtellerie / Restauration from Lycée Sévigné (2012-2014).
