Demetrius Zuidema

Demetrius Zuidema has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Demetrius began their career at Polar Air Cargo in 1995 as a Manager of Systems Control. In 1999, they joined IATA as SO&I and later worked at ARINC as a Director from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2017, they held the position of Director at Jeppesen. Demetrius then joined Harris Corporation as a Sales Director for Latin America from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Aireon LLC, first as the Sales Manager for Latin America & Caribbean from 2018 and currently as the Global Sales Manager. Demetrius is responsible for sales in the Latin America & Caribbean region and handles a unique space-based ADS-B network for air traffic services.

Demetrius Zuidema earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense. Demetrius attended the university from 1982 to 1985.
