Jill Porter-Scott

Jill Porter-Scott currently serves as the Director of PeopleX: Benefits, Culture & Inclusion at Aires since June 2021. Additionally, Jill holds board member positions with the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association and the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden, both started in January 2020 and January 2018 respectively. Previously, Jill was the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Carload Express, Inc. from April 2019 to June 2021, and the President/Owner of Polaris HR Consulting LLC from April 2017 to April 2019, specializing in various areas of human resources. From October 2008 to April 2017, Jill was the Director of Human Resources at SAE International, providing leadership and strategic direction. Jill’s early career included roles as Operations Coordinator at IBACOS Inc. and Client Representative positions at Willis and Marsh. Educational credentials include a BA in Communication from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
