Rakesh Thapar is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product and technology leadership. Currently serving as the VP of Products & Technology at Aires, Rakesh has held prominent roles including CTO at Timesys Corporation and Managing Director at 4ES Technologies LLP. Rakesh also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University. Previously, Rakesh served as Sr. Director of Engineering at Honeywell Scanning & Mobility. Rakesh holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Boston University and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University.
