Josiah Lapolla

Josiah Lapolla is currently the Director of Engineering at AirGarage, where Josiah leads a team of engineers in developing new features, resolving bugs, and improving the tech infrastructure for faster and more efficient work. Previously, Josiah served as a Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Mariana Tek, focusing on client satisfaction through feature development and issue resolution. Prior to that, at Information Management Services, Inc., Josiah worked as a Software Engineer on a project for cancer researchers. Additionally, Josiah worked as a Research Intern at Montana State University-Bozeman, focusing on theoretical solar physics. Josiah Lapolla holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from James Madison University.
