Brad Walter

Brad Walter has over 19 years of experience in the manufacturing and quality assurance sectors. Currently serving as a Lean Manufacturing and Project Manager at Airgas since May 2018, Walter has previously held various management and technical roles within the company, including Planning/Procurement/Continuous Improvement Manager and Technical and Continuous Improvement Manager. Prior to Airgas, Walter worked at Air Liquide America from April 2013 to May 2018 as Manager of Shipping and Continuous Improvement, and also held the position of Senior Quality Assurance Technician. Walter's early career includes positions at Perdue Farms, starting as a Microbiology Lab Intern and advancing to Quality Assurance Lab Tech, as well as work at Intervet Inc. as a Production Lab Tech. Walter holds an MBA in Business and a BS in Biology, both from Salisbury University.
