Erin Loughney Haas

Erin Loughney Haas is the Vice President of Talent Management at Airgas. Erin has over twenty years of experience in the human resources field. Erin previously worked as the Director of Organization and Talent Development at Saint-Gobain, a position they held for three years.

Haas has a bachelor's degree in human resources from Widener University. Erin is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Erin Loughney Haas graduated from Fairfield University with a BA in Psychology. Erin then went on to obtain their MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. After working for a few years, they decided to go to law school and obtained their JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Erin is also certified as a Black Belt from General Electric.

Their manager is Jay Worley, COO. They are on a team with Brian Skurnac - VP, Operations Control & Strategic Planning, Matthew Szuda - VP, HR Transformation.
